Your adventure begins with an early pickup from your Arusha hotel. Most tours depart around 7:00 am to maximize wildlife viewing when animals are most active. Your driver-guide will provide a packed breakfast or coffee for the journey. The scenic drive takes you through Maasai landscapes traditional villages, open grasslands, and cattle herders going about their daily routines.

Upon entering the park, your morning game drive begins immediately. This is prime time for wildlife spotting as predators are still active from the night's hunt. What you might see Elephant herds sometimes numbering in the hundreds, Lions resting under shade or scanning for prey,

Giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and buffaloes grazing across the plains, Leopards and cheetahs (if you're lucky and have a sharp-eyed guide).

Around midday, your guide will stop at a scenic picnic site overlooking the Tarangire River or Silale Swamp. Here, you'll enjoy a delicious packed lunch while watching wildlife gather at the water's edge. Our lunch spot had a view of the river, and you will watch elephants drinking while you are eating. Monkeys provided entertainment too.

After lunch, your afternoon game drive continues. This is an excellent time to Explore different habitats river valleys, acacia woodlands, open savannah Spot predators becoming more active in the cooler temperatures Visit termite mounds, often used by dwarf mongoose families Observe hippos in the Tarangire River pools.

As the sun begins its descent, you'll exit the park and begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving around 18:00 pm. Your guide will drop you at your hotel, concluding your safari.
