Chemka Hot Springs, also known as Kikuletwa Hot Springs, is a natural spring oasis in northern Tanzania. Despite the name “Chemka” (Swahili for “boiling”), the water is not boiling it is warm and pleasant, usually around 25–30°C, and stays fairly consistent year-round. It is fed by underground water from the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, filtered through volcanic rock, which keeps it clear and clean. The place It is near Rundugai village, off the Moshi Arusha Road. It is roughly 1–1.5 hours from Moshi and 1.5–2 hours from Arusha, depending on road conditions.
